Kathua, Unnao rape cases: PM Modi says victims will get justice
New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi while breaking his silence on Kathua and Unnao rape cases said on Friday the victims would definitely get justice.
During the inauguration of BR Ambedkar memorial in New Delhi, he said, “The incidents being discussed since past two days cannot be part of a civilised society.
As a country, as a society, we all are ashamed of it. I want to assure the country that no culprit will be spared, complete justice will be done. Our daughters will definitely get justice.”
A deeply pained Modi said such incidents shook human sensibilities. “Such incidents, be it in any state of the country, shake our sensibilities. I want to assure the nation that no culprit will be spared. Justice will be done. We all need to come together in the fight against such evil of the society,” said Modi.
