New Delhi [India], Feb. 23 (ANI): While congratulating Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders for the outstanding result in the Municipality Maharashtra Civic polls, Union Road Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari on Thursday said the result proves that the people have backed the decision of demonetisation of high-value currency taken by the government.
"I would like to congratulate Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and the BJP workers for the tremendous support. Even after demonetisation the people have supported us in this election.
