Plane makes emergency landing at Lahore

Islamabad, Nov 8 (IANS) A foreign airliner made an emergency landing at Lahore’s Allama Iqbal airport on Tuesday, the media reported.

The airline was en route to Beijing from Ethiopia when it landed in Lahore due to shortage of fuel, Geo News reported. The plane had 335 passengers.

Earlier on Tuesday, a Jet Airways plane from India made an emergency landing at Karachi after a passenger took seriously ill. Pakistani doctors declared him dead.
