Hyderabad, July 20: In yet another dastardly attack on dogs, three people were arrested for tying three puppies together and allegedly setting them on fire in Hyderabad, according to reports on CNN News18. The young boys also allegedly shot a video later.

This development comes weeks after two final year MBBS students threw a dog from the terrace of a three-storey building. The incident was first reported after students uploaded the video footage on social media and it went viral.

The duo were arrested by Chennai Police arrested both, Gowtham Sudarshan and Ashish Paul and produced before the Sriperumbudur Judicial Magistrate court.

They were charged under Section 428 and 429 of the IPC, besides the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act and later were granted bail.
