TelAviv,Sept5:At least 30 people are feared dead or seriously injured after a crane collapsed at a construction site in Tel Aviv, Israel according to local reports.

Unconfirmed reports indicate that a crane toppled over at a site in the Ramat HaHayal neighborhood

Israel’s Channel 2 report that the structure was a multi-level car park and there is concern that people may be trapped in the rubble.
