Prime accused Sanyal in Delhi sex racket used BJP and SP party MP’s names

NEW DELHI July 28: The text messages that were sent by Pritindra Nath Sanyal, the prime accused in a sex racket, to officials of income-tax and other government departments by impersonating BJP MP Jagdambika Pal and Samajwadi Party MP Naresh Aggarwal are being thoroughly probed by Delhi Police. This follws the Delhi sec racket in which a 23-year-old Russian woman was rescued by income tax officials during a raid on a Safdarjung Enclave house.

Sources said the phones with these messages have been sent for forensic examination.

Both parliamentarians have denied sending out messages favouring Sanyal.

They have also denied that the letterheads and seals in their names, recovered from Sanyal’s house during the I-T raid on June 2, belonged to them.

Police said they are yet to receive a report from the forensics department regarding their authenticity.

The messages sent by Sanyal posing as Aggarwal has been accessed by TOI. All messages are signed off as Naresh Aggarwal, MP.

A message sent on April 19 this year to an official named Amit Ghosh in Hindi reads: “Amit Kumar ji, Namaskar. Kripya call karein. Thanks.” The reply by Amit says: “Sir, I will call you after 4pm. I am availing treatment right now. Regards Amit Ghosh.”
Another message was sent to an official named Satender Singh. “Namaskar. I had sent my close friend Mr PN Sanyal to meet you seven months ago. He was to have plot no. 32 at Shahjahanpur road converted to freehold.

This file has been lying in your office since two months. Please tell your PA Krishan Kumar to get this file cleared today. You had earlier told him to do so but nothing has happened,”it reads.
In the third message dated May 13, Sanyal, posing as Aggarwal, tells another official: “Hope you are fine now and have joined duty.

I want that my man should meet you at home tomorrow and narrate the truth to you so that you can help him out. His name is Munna Prasad Saini. Let me know what time should I send him.”

Ahlawat, who has been served two notices, last being on Monday, is suspected to be hiding in Himachal Pradesh. Police, however, have showed little interest in arresting him as they are waiting for the Russian woman to depose before a magistrate on Thursday
