Washington police identify shooter that killed 4 at mall
Washington, Sep 24: Minutes after a shooter opened fire at Cascade Mall in Burlington, in Washington state, the authorities identified the shooter and have asked people to alert the cops, saying, “The shooter is armed with a rifle.”
Authorities also announced that the mall has been secured and that the shooter had made his way to the I-5 from the mall.
